Kitchen facelift franchise, Dream Doors, has named Philip Carr as its new Managing Director.

Philip originally joined the board in 2017 to support the development of the company’s senior management team. He brings with him 16 years’ experience, having worked with a number of industry leading brands at board level within the KBB (Kitchen, Bedrooms and Bathrooms) sector.

After making the announcement, Dream Doors Founder and Chairman, Troy Tappenden, said:
"Philip’s appointment is part of our long-term strategy to establish a robust management team to support our expanding network. We were delighted when Phil joined in 2017 and are extremely pleased that he has now accepted the role of MD – I and the rest of the team look forward to working with him as we continue to develop the Dream Doors brand across the UK."

Commenting on his new position, Philip said:
"I am excited about our compelling proposition and the support we provide to our franchise network. My appointment underlines the on-going investment within the business and the opportunities we see for further expansion. I look forward to playing my part in the next phase of growth for Dream Doors."

Dream Doors was founded in 1999 and has grown to become UK’s number 1 retailer for replacement kitchen doors. There are 75 franchisees already trading nationwide with 11 new showrooms set to open during 2018. But there are still dozens of new locations ready for development, as well as some existing businesses for sale.
